Before establishing the firm, Sammy served as Legal and Compliance Associate at a licensed Payment Service Provider (PSP), where he played a key role in navigating regulatory licensing, managing intercompany structures, drafting commercial contracts, and advising on fintech operations across Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa.
